HE KNOWS EVERYTHING ABOUT YOU

He Knows Everything About You

**Introduction:**

The comforting reality that God knows everything about us can be both awe-inspiring and reassuring. This intimate knowledge God has of His creation is not for judgment but for shaping us into instruments of His purpose. The biblical narrative of Moses and his encounter with God at the burning bush is a profound example of how God’s knowledge of our limitations and strengths leads to our divine assignments.

**Moses and His Call to Egypt:**

In Exodus 3 and 4, Moses is called by God to lead the Israelites out of Egypt. Despite his reluctance and self-doubt about his ability to speak eloquently, as he mentions his “slow tongue,” God provides a solution by appointing Aaron, his brother, as his spokesperson (Exodus 4:10-14). This moment underscores God’s deep understanding of Moses’s fears and His compassionate response to them.

**God’s Omniscience and Compassion:**

– **Psalm 139:1-4** echoes this sentiment beautifully, stating, “O Lord, you have searched me and you know me. You know when I sit and when I rise; you perceive my thoughts from afar… Before a word is on my tongue you know it completely, O Lord.”
– **Jeremiah 1:5** shows God’s foreknowledge and preparation in our lives: “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart.”

**Call to Action:**

– **Embrace Your Role:** Understand that God has a role for you that accommodates all your strengths and weaknesses.
– **Trust in His Knowledge:** Take comfort in the fact that God knows you completely and still calls you to great things.
– **Share Your Insights:** Encourage others by sharing how acknowledging God’s complete knowledge about you has empowered you to fulfill your purpose.

**Prayer Point:**

Lord, we are grateful that You know us thoroughly and yet love us unconditionally. Help us to trust more deeply in Your understanding of our capabilities and limitations. May we always remember that You equip those You call, just as You did with Moses. Empower us to move forward in the roles You have destined for us, using our unique gifts and overcoming our perceived weaknesses. In Jesus’ Name, we pray, Amen.
