What to expect
Honest answers to the questions everyone has.

- What time should I arrive?
- Sunday School starts at 10:00 AM and the Worship Service at 10:30 AM. Doors are open from 9:30 AM. Most Sundays we finish around 12:30 PM, then stay for a while to talk.
- Where do I park and which door do I use?
- Three options: street parking on Western Avenue, State Street or Washington Avenue; the public lot at 327 Washington Avenue, Albany NY 12206; or the UAlbany Thurlow Terrace lot, on Western Avenue, between Englewood Place and Thurlow Terrace. The main entrance is 10 Western Avenue. The back entrance at 475 State Street is closer if you park on State Street. Ushers are at both doors.
- Is there a dress code?
- Dress as a Winner that God has called you to be.
- What about my children?
- Children's Church begins at 10:30 AM. Babies' Church is on the 2nd floor across from the cafeteria, toddlers to pre-teens meet in the church basement, and teenagers meet on the 2nd floor. Every teacher is known to the church and loves kids.
- What is the worship like?
- Full-hearted. A choir, a band, hymns and contemporary gospel, with room for the Holy Spirit to move. Then a clear sermon from the Bible you can take home and use.
- Will I be singled out?
- We will welcome you and would love to know your name, but nobody is made to stand up or speak. Fill in a welcome card if you would like us to follow up.
- I am new to the United States. Is there help?
- Yes. Our Welfare and Hospitality department exists for college students, newcomers to the country and anyone facing a hard season. Ask any usher for them.
- I am bringing a newborn. Are there nursing rooms available?
- We're prepared for you and your little ones. Every washroom in the building has a changing station. We also have nursing rooms available.
- Is there provision for accessibility for individuals with disabilities?
- Our space is optimized for your needs. Need anything in particular? Contact us at (518) 221-7118 or email us at biolanre@yahoo.com, and we'd be happy to help.
- How can I contact the church office?
- Call (518) 221-7118 or email biolanre@yahoo.com with any additional questions or concerns.
